Registration policy: Direct slot booking from Event website through credit/ debit card.

To complete the registration through offline modes, Invoices can be generated & registration can be completed via nearest bank. For Invoice you can send an email to the respective conference website.

Wide Research Guide doesn’t card for any card details. In case you are unable to register through your card then you are advised to activate the International Transaction authorization from the respective banks.

Early bird registration policy can be availed to complete the registration at a discounted price.

Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

If Wide Research Guide cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Wide Research Guide event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement
If Wide Research Guide postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Wide Research Guide event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to [email protected]. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Wide Research Guide if the person is unable to attend one of conferences. However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of respective conference. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Refund Policy

Attendees who are unable to join the event due to conflict in their schedule or visa rejections issues can transfer their registration fees to any upcoming next year events. If you are not willing to transfer the fees then the refund will be processed as below:

With the deduction of the processing fees towards venue, printing, shipping, hotels and over heads, refund will take place as:

If a cancellation in made with more than 2 months’ time period before the event then the applicant in eligible for full refund with a deduction of $ 100.

If a cancellation is made within 59-30 days eligible for 50% of payment refund.

Before 29 days of the event applicant is not eligible for any refund.

No refund for E-Poster presentation

For Online / Webinars / Virtual Conferences

Online/Virtual/Webinars registration fee is non refundable. But it can be transferred to another person or any of our upcoming conferences. Accommodation Cancellation Policy (Physical Event):

Due to the Increase in the Omicron cases & travel restrictions we request all the attendees to apply visa as early as possible.

Event organizers won’t contact embassy directly. Applicants should apply for the business visa only.

In case of visa rejections won’t come under the cancellation policy of Wide Research Guide. Invitation letters is just a supporting documentation.

Participants need to take care of their visa applications and contact themselves with the embassy for the visa processing. They should contact their nearest embassy for the visa processing along with all the supporting documents required for getting the visa.

Refunds will be made in the following ways:

  1. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
  2. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.

Invitation letter: Invitation letter will be issued to the registered participants. Once after the registration participants need to send an email with the transaction id received and within next 24-48 hours Invitation letter will be issued.

Press/ Media: Press and media need prior approval or permission from Wide Research Guide before the event to join. Speakers/ delegates can’t bring press before approval. It does not have any relation with commercial meeting company.

Apart from these all details, registration doesn’t include any insurance. Parking & transportation is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
